Many times researchers do not have the means to access the most modern proteomics resources. Novel advancements in proteomics can only be achieved by using the most modern equipment combined with collaborative efforts from experts in the field. EPIC-XS will provide researchers access to state of the art proteomic technologies and resources which otherwise would not be available to them. Through its provision of transnational access to state of the art proteomics facilities, the initiative will help preserve and broaden the communicative network within the field. The platform encourages all researchers, from industry and academia, those with experience and also those with limited experience, to help extend and advance proteomic development within life sciences.
